We take a small pavement robot (ZhenRobotics RoboPony MINI, ~40 kg). It drives up to the building entrance, and the client comes down to take the order. We add Russian software, HD maps, the legal permit, insurance and 24/7 service — and give you ready delivery on a subscription. An open platform: we work with any retailer, not one ecosystem.
The last mile is the most expensive part of delivery. A courier in Moscow costs about 1.47 million ₽ a year (fully loaded). Demand runs day and night, and night shifts are hard to staff. Yandex's robot proved a robot is cheaper, but it is closed to other shops. For everyone else, the real choice is us against the courier.

Yes. The robots run under the experimental legal regime (ELR), send telemetry to the Moscow DIT system and can be stopped remotely. Each robot is insured for 500,000 ₽.
We connect via API to your order system or WMS and prepare HD maps of the districts. We build adapters for each client during the pilot.
24/7 monitoring and mobile crews across Moscow, with repair within 2 hours. Bought robots get a 24-month warranty; on the subscription, a stopped robot is our loss, not yours.
It works only inside Yandex's ecosystem and is not available to other retailers. We are an open platform for any operator.
